Northpointe apartments were created to carve out a little piece of the overlook neighborhood in Portland, Oregon for people who were coming to the area who didn’t want to live in the trendiest neighborhoods of the city. Because the location was a little off the beaten path and not a part of the city that is in every tour book we created a design system that spoke to adventure and the outdoors of Oregon, and a logo that was derived from the location of the building itself.
